DPRK test-fires new type of submarine-launched ballistic missile: KCNA

NEW YORK – The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has test-fired a new-type submarine-launched ballistic missile, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported early Wednesday local time.

The test-launch was conducted on Tuesday by the DPRK’s Academy of Defence Science, the report said.
